I have reservations tonight at the Publican, a meatcentric restaurant in Chicago and the inspiration for this board. It's no secret that I'm a carnivore. I love pretty much anything that you barbecue or put on a grill and think it would be super awesome to base an event around a menu of meat. Add whisky tasting and a cigar bar and you've got yourself a party worthy of the most masculine of men.
