Hey Good Lookin'! Whatcha' Got Cookin'?

Well, butter my behind and call me a biscuit! You'll flip for these fun, eclectic kitchen finds from anthropologie. Who wouldn't want to measure their kitchen staples with these adorable nesting measuring cups? No aspiring chef would be worth her salt {or sugar} without a fabulous apron...I love the little floral touch on the one above. Rather than cookin', maybe cocktails are more your thing. This vintage cocktail book will put you in the mood to serve that martini or manhattan.

Say "I do" JCrew

Oh how I love JCrew....let me count the ways. How about this gorgeous "Caroline" gown? I love the deconstructed edges and the neckline that acts as a necklace. I would pair the chunky pearl "Luxe Cocktail" bracelet for a little flair without being too funky and top the look off with the "La Plume" satin peep-toe shoe in "Spicy Olive". I just might have to buy a pair for myself! I also just adore the twist bow front on this "Bow Monde" party dress and think it shines, especially in black. Paired with the "Majesty Stone" bracelet in "Black Diamond", your bridesmaids will be sitting pretty...stylish. The bouquet featured is from etsy (artist: ardesign). I am really into feathered bouquets right now and just love the touch of green from the cymbidium orchids. Find it all at and

Owl Love You Forever

I found this cute cake topper on (artist: melabo) and it reminded me of the Edward Lear poem The Owl & the Pussycat. "...and hand in hand, on the edge of the sand, they danced by the light of the moon..." I love etsy for all things creative and think these owls are precious. An interesting cake topper is a clever way to add a bit of your personality to what can be an overlooked detail for your special day. Visit etsy for your wedding needs @
